Three ways JerryBuilt keeps your family in the water — safely.
Real coaching. Real progress. Real confidence.
Water safety first
Every swimmer learns survival skills before stroke polish. Confidence starts with knowing they're safe.
Custom plans, real progress
No generic drills. Each session is built around your swimmer's goals, fears, and learning style.
Coach kids actually love
Patient, playful, and honest. Kids leave excited for next week — and parents see it on their faces.
Mastery, not minutes
We measure success in skills earned, not laps clocked. Progress that lasts a lifetime.

I show up with purpose, every single lesson.
I didn't plan to become a swim coach — I found it when I needed direction, and it gave me purpose. Every kid I work with is someone I genuinely care about. Not just floating. Thriving.
About Coach JerryYour swimmer's first lesson, step by step.
New experiences can feel big — for kids and parents. Here's exactly what happens so everyone knows what to expect before stepping on deck.
Quick chat first
We talk about your swimmer — comfort level, goals, any fears. No pressure, no surprises.
Meet at the pool
Coach Jerry greets your swimmer at their level. The first few minutes are about trust, not drills.
Skill check & plan
We see where your swimmer is today and build a clear plan for what to work on next.
Quick parent recap
After the lesson, you get an honest update — what went well, what's next, what to practice.
What ages do you teach?+
We work with swimmers from 4 months to 14 years old. Every lesson is tailored to your child's stage and comfort level.
Where do lessons take place?+
Lessons happen at facility and school pools we partner with, plus private and community pools across Montgomery County, PA — especially in the summer.
How much do lessons cost?+
Backyard pool lessons have a flat per-lesson rate. Community pool lessons are the same coaching rate plus the pool's entry fee. Indoor facility pricing varies based on group size — see the pricing page for the full breakdown.
What if my child is scared of water?+
That's exactly where we shine. Private lessons are usually the right starting point for nervous swimmers, so trust gets built at their pace.
